Blizzard 2016! Snowzilla! WiGoClinic is OPEN!!!

So when I pulled up to work today -- after the Jonas, Snowzilla, the Blizzard of 2016 or what ever the heck you want to call two feet of snow in DC -- and I was greeted by this lovely sight.

 The good news is that we're OPEN for business to help you get all of your TECH fixed! The bad news is parking is limited - unless you have a snowmobile (or as Sarah Palin calls them a snow machine - not sure what Donald Trump calls them, but I'm sure he doesn't need one). 

 So come on by by our shop in Fairfax if you'd need a cracked screen fixed, charge port issue, battery draining to fast, liquid damaged device or if you just want to play on the extremely large pile of snow in our parking lot!

 Since our vans look like this: 


 It might be a day or two before we can get them back on the road, but give us a call to arrange mobile service if you need it. We'll do our best to take care of you and your broken TECH!

    to Rob L- aka the wigoman- please refund my $100 deposit since you did not fix my phone screen even though you had it for four months. And stop lying about customers never getting back to you when it is you who stonewall them.

    This company is incompetent and a joke. First they will milk out of 19 dollars, second they will make it sound like it's an issue they can fix and have you pay upfront for the full service and then after couple months will tell you it will never be fixed. your machine is doomed and will give 50% of what you paid

    This is a scam. Get ready to pay half of what you could buy a new device for nothing. They want you pay upfront so after couple months will tell you your device is doomed and will never be repaired. will give you half of what you paid because our technicians put a lot of time salvaging the original parts of your device and replacing them with defect ones. Your Phone Got Wet! What Do You Do Now? Welcome to Liquid Damage Season! AKA, Summertime!

I remember it like it was yesterday -- and at one of the thousands of tech repair shops around the country it was yesterday -- I got a call in my office that one of my good friends from church was down at the repair shop and he was super upset. My tech told me he was frantic and needed to talk to me directly. I was in a meeting with my warehouse staff but I jumped up from my desk and headed down to the shop. On the way I wondered what was wrong. Had someone in our small group been injured? Maybe one of my family members were hurt? Was it another fundraising campaign for the new church building?
